For some products, it is possible to pre-order the item before the official release date. The advertised release date will indicate when we expect this stock to arrive.  Once the release date arrives download products will be available from your account and physical goods will be shipped.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, you will be notified by email and your payment will be refunded.
