Should you encounter any problems with your ordered goods, then please get in touch with us first. From there we will advise you of the best course of action.

Returns will be processed upon receipt and if replacement goods are required, then they will be dispatched immediately. Normally, goods will be exchanged for an exact replacement. In the case of discontinued, limited edition or out of stock items, a refund will be offered as an alternative.
