If you experience any issues with your ordered goods, please contact us first. We will then advise you on the best course of action.

Returning Physical Products

For items that are damaged or faulty, returns will be processed upon receipt and if replacement goods are required, then they will be dispatched immediately. Normally, goods will be exchanged for an exact replacement. However, in the case of discontinued, limited edition or out-of-stock items, a refund may be offered instead.

If you wish to return an item because it is no longer wanted or you ordered the wrong item, you will need to cover the cost of the return postage. Additionally, if you request replacement items, there may be an extra charge for the return postage. An additional charge may also be applied if replacement goods are requested. Please contact us to confirm these costs before returning any items.

Digital Products
Sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable once the order is complete. Your digital products will be available for download immediately after payment, except for pre-orders, which will be accessible on the advertised release date. If you encounter any issues with our digital products, please contact us for assistance.
